Terms of Service

Effective: 1 April 2026

1. The service

Tilvi provides an AI-powered bookkeeping assistant for Finnish freelancers and small businesses. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Account creation

The service may be used by individuals aged 18 or older and legal entities. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your account.

3. Subscriptions and pricing

The free plan includes 20 transactions per month. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices include VAT. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

The service must not be used:

• for illegal activities or storing unlawful data
• for automated scraping or bot traffic
• to access other users' data
• to compromise service security

5. Data ownership

You own the files you upload and the bookkeeping data you create. Tilvi does not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

Tilvi does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. AI categorizations are suggestions — always verify them yourself. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to three months of subscription fees paid.

7. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with at least 30 days' email notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
